Each plate is a numbered edition you keep in your own wallet. The moment you collect one, the contract sends the whole payment to Omxus; nobody holds it in between. If you ever resell, Omxus gets 7.5% of that too.

A collectible, not an investment. You need a wallet app such as MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet, with a little ETH on Base.
